We had a great time during our Christmas stay! The hotel was clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We loved the fact that ski equipment could be stored in a room by the entrance, keeping the rooms free of clutter. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and also close to the center of town. One of the best aspects was the Christmas dinner they organized, complete with traditional dishes and festive decorations.
The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was quite limited and the quality was not always consistent. , the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong in our room and it was difficult to stay connected.

Nestled amid snow-capped peaks, the hotel enjoys a serene location on the mountains, just a short walk to the ski lifts or the charming town center. the rooms boast a balcony, offering awe-inspiring views of the beautiful Raurisertal valley. the restaurant is also conveniently located next to the cozy living room, where guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and tea.
The staff could have been more accommodating to visitors, and the facilities could have been better maintained.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The beds were the comfiest we've had in all of our ten stops on our European road trip. The staff was incredibly helpful, leaving our keys at the reception for our late check-in after midnight. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel was conveniently located next to the restaurant, and it was only a seven-minute walk to the ski lift. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My family and I had a wonderful Easter weekend in the Austrian Alps. the hotel's panoramic view of the mountains and its proximity to ski lifts and charming town center made our stay an absolute delight. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
Although our room was comfortable and clean, it was a bit cramped for a family of four. the bathroom could have used some updating.
